Why do we place candidates from Kenya:
  • Demographics: Kenya has a rapidly growing and very young population. In 2021, the average age was 20 years.
  • Every year there are around 700,000 young people who are suitable for training and have no career prospects (source Wikipedia – generated from us census international database). 82% of students leave school with a secondary school diploma.
  • Very good nursing training that lasts 3-4 years and is completed in the form of a degree. The nursing course is standardized and imparts a very wide range of theoretical knowledge.
  • There is high unemployment among nursing staff.
  • Very good education in high schools (Kenya has had a modern curriculum based on teamwork for several years, Weducation and digitalization are very important).
  • Most Kenyans grow up multilingual, which makes learning new languages easier.
  • Our candidates all have a B2 language certificate.
  • Highly motivated nursing staff with very good nursing training.
  • High willingness to work abroad.

    • Process of placement for nursing staff



    1. We will send you the CVs and certificates of the potential candidates.
    2. We conclude a brokerage contract.
    3. We will arrange an interview with the candidates you are considering and will also provide support.
    4. If everything fits, the employment contract is signed.
    5. We will initiate the recognition process as quickly as possible.
    6. Pre-boarding (our part) at the same time support in applying for a visa, insurance, etc.
    7. On-boarding such as pick-up from the airport, city tour, help with authorities.
    8. If desired, support in finding accommodation.
    9. Start of the employment relationship (we are available to you at any time to clarify any questions that arise, etc.).

    Four building blocks for our success concept

    Language

    All of our candidates have a B2 level German language certificate from the Goethe Institute. We also offer online German courses for nursing professions with role-playing games for our candidates.

    Integration

    We have developed an integration concept that is specifically tailored to the requirements of candidates from Africa and is optimally designed for living and working in Germany. Individual support and mentoring by AHPG eV (African nurses/ Pfleger in Germany network)

    We also offer integration training for the core workforce.

    Personal suitability

    We only include candidates in our database who, in addition to their school or professional requirements, have a personal suitability for the nursing profession.
